Instead of the pre-programmed platitudes inevitable when your therapist is ChatGPT - or the silent judgement when it’s your cat - I bring curiosity, compassion, and a distinctly human energy into our sessions. Your situation and challenges are unique and so we’ll take a personalized approach to therapy. Depending on the day, we can be deep-sea divers exploring the buried treasures and tackling the hidden monsters of your past, mountain guides navigating a tactical ascent towards your goals, or just two people drinking coffee (or tea) and trying to figure out which way is up after a rough week. 

I’m a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario and I have a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology. My specialties include trauma, anxiety, depression, chronic health conditions, and couples therapy as well as existential crisis, dating and relationship challenges, interpersonal issues, grief, perfectionism, and self-improvement. I use eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), cognitive behaviour therapy (CBT), and/or existential therapy, depending on what resonates with you. All ethnicities, cultures, religions, genders, sexual orientations, and walks of life are welcome.
